Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. On-call 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM to 7 AM and 24-hour weekend).

Job Description

The Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures needed for diagnosis and treatment, ensuring the highest level of patient care. This role requires proficiency in all IR procedures and a commitment to maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Assist physicians during procedures and manage patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and conduct regular checks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification is required; Vascular registry not mandatory.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Proficiency in all interventional radiology procedures.
