Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in charge nursing and experience with patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assist in the management of patient care teams and oversee charge responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience as an RN in relevant specialties.
• Ohio RN license or compact license must be active at the time of submission.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS must be active and in hand.
• Prior experience with community hospitals, LTAC, or trauma levels is preferred.
• Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
