4 - 9 hour shifts scheduled between 6:45 am to 4:15 pm with a call rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced certified Surgical Technologist to join our Operating Room (OR) Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedics and be prepared for a variety of surgical procedures. This full-time position requires flexibility and readiness to be on-call, with a requirement to return to the facility within 45 minutes if called back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries.
• Handle and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Maintain updated knowledge of orthopedic procedures and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Experience in orthopedic surgery is required.
• Current BLS certification.
