Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12 Hours)

Night Shift: 3x12 hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift role. The RN will provide excellent patient care across various conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-operative care. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process for patients across all age groups.
• Document patient care thoroughly, adhering to regulatory and hospital requirements.
• Maintain clinical competencies and support professional development for self and others.
• Manage varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, and more.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, with travel experience valued.
• Must possess a current BLS certification.
• Experience in using Epic charting system is required.
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6.
