Cardiac Device RN - Outpatient Clinic

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements.

Job Description

A skilled Cardiac Device RN is needed to provide care in the outpatient Tilley Device clinic. The RN will work independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders, focusing on cardiac patients aged 18 and older.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical management and monitoring of implanted cardiac devices.
• Provide patient education and support regarding cardiac rhythm management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years.
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology is essential.
