Shift: 18:30 - 07:00

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend and holiday rotations

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The nurse will work closely with a diverse team to support patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic injuries. The facility is committed to maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Respond to patient needs and safety concerns promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar 24/7 care environment.
• MUST HAVE a minimum of 13 weeks of experience with Epic.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or Med Surg is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
