7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 days a week with every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, particularly focused on post-operative orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct routine assessments and document patient status using Meditech Expanse.
• Perform blood transfusions and maintain IV and central lines.
• Collaborate with unit secretaries and techs to support patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic patients is preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
