Job Description

Join our dedicated team at a state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses. Our facility specializes in tailored rehabilitation programs for various conditions including stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ vital signs.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehab or med-surg setting.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
