Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (Weekend Rotating)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN for the MICU unit to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The MICU provides critical care services for patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient assignments according to acuity and skills.
• Utilize all ICU equipment, including ventilators and cardiac output monitors.
• Perform procedures including central line placements, thoracentesis, and cardioversions.
• Maintain documentation through Meditech system.
• Adhere to floating policies as needed within the hospital.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Texas (temporary license will not be accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MICU/MSICU.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CCRN certification preferred.
