Rotating Day/Night shifts; 3 shifts per week at 12 hours each.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse - Telemetry will provide care to adult and geriatric patients experiencing various conditions such as chest pain, atrial fibrillation, stroke rule out, COPD, kidney stones, and more. Responsibilities include administering medications, interpreting telemetry data, and providing pre/post-op care for procedures like heart catheterizations and colonoscopies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data
• Administer medications and titrate anti-arrhythmic drips
• Provide patient education and support during recovery
• Conduct 12 Lead EKG interpretations
• Perform blood administration and cardioversion as required
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred
