Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Schedule

This is a 12-hour day shift position, scheduled from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Assignment Duration

This is a contract position with guaranteed hours of 36 weekly, for a total of 13 weeks.

Job Description

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide critical care and support within a fast-paced emergency environment. The role demands a seasoned nurse with strong clinical skills and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of medical emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs for emergency cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Min of 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Nursing.
• Current AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
