19:00 - 07:00 Shift, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide quality health care and support to patients across various age groups in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and support multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation using EHR systems.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of MS/Telemetry experience.
• Proficient in IV insertion and medication management.
