Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures.
• Collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document all care delivered.
• Support the nursing staff through mentorship and real-time feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required on hire.
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
