MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM, with on-call duties for 8 hours per pay period (every other Sunday).

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will perform a variety of MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment effectively.
• Document and record all necessary patient information and exam results.
• Assist in the preparation and disposition of patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience required.
• Certifications: ARMRIT, ARRT MR, BLS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
