Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. This position requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and evaluations to develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of required immunizations and health screenings for onboarding.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
