This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days - 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM with on-call responsibilities, including one night a week and every third weekend. Availability during the July 4th weekend is required.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional patient care in a high-acuity environment, focusing on catheterization procedures. The RN must be skilled in scrubbing and circulating within the catheterization lab, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
• Scrub and circulate during procedures as necessary.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1 to 1.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Cerner and MacLab.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Emergency Cath Lab experience preferred, or ICU/CC experience is acceptable.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience is required.
