ICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

This position requires three 12-hour shifts, with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including weekends as needed.

Job Description

The role involves providing high-quality care to critical care patients in an intensive care unit (ICU). Nurses will be expected to deliver comprehensive nursing assessments, implement care plans, and closely monitor patients' conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU environment
• Perform critical care nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Educate patients and families on care processes and health management

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Active state nursing license without any hits.
• Valid driver's license for residency verification.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
