ICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position with three 12-hour shifts, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible with working any day of the week, from Sunday to Saturday.

Location

Candidates residing in Arizona are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse who is dedicated to providing top-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in intensive care and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and reports changes to the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent ICU experience required.
• Life support certifications must be current and from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Active Arizona RN License or applicable state licensure.
• Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• A valid driver's license to verify residency.
