Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 hours scheduled and a guaranteed 24 hours of work per week. Please note that the facility has the right to cancel one shift during the assignment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in ICU to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be flexible in terms of locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within the Intensive Care Unit.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and develop care plans for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Life support certifications (ACLS and BLS) from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Valid and active RN license with no hits (verified within the last 30 days).
• Driver's license to verify residency.
