Job Description

This position requires a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have strong critical thinking skills and be able to respond efficiently in emergency situations while maintaining a patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Administer care and treatments in the emergency department.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess for changes in status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all care delivered and patient interactions accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent Emergency Room experience.
• Active RN license to practice in Arizona with no infractions.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors.
• Verification of an active license to practice must be completed within the last 30 days.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
