RN - Med Surg Night Shift

This position is for the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg unit. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients during their night shift. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient privacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Med Surg nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required.
