3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Job Description

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients in labor, facilitate deliveries, and assist in the recovery process. This role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during labor and delivery.
• Assist with C-sections and other surgical procedures.
• Provide immediate care and support for newborns post-delivery.
• Support breastfeeding and newborn care education for parents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Utilize equipment such as Novii monitors and other advanced technologies in labor and delivery settings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license with recent Labor and Delivery experience (within the last 2 years).
• Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring knowledge.
• Current NRP and BLS certifications.
