Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Schedule

This position offers a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with rotating weekends. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care for adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients based on best practice standards.
• Monitor and document patient health status and response to treatment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
