Physical Therapist - Outpatient Experience Required

Schedule

This is a contract position with a schedule of 5 shifts per week, including at least 2 days from 10 AM to 7 PM and 8 AM to 5 PM on Fridays. The other two days can vary between these shift times.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing exceptional outpatient care to a diverse patient caseload, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and build a caseload of 50-60 patients per week.
• Perform gross motor assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions for orthopedic conditions including post-operative care and non-surgical interventions.
• Address various neurological conditions such as CVA and traumatic brain injuries.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques for conditions including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Osteoarthritis, and more.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess outpatient physical therapy experience, with preference for new graduates or those with 1+ year of relevant experience. A valid Physical Therapist license is required.
