Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 17:00).

Job Description

The Radiation Therapy Technologist will operate radiation therapy equipment, assist with the administration of treatment to patients, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The professional will work closely with medical team members to provide high-quality patient care in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as directed by physicians.
• Assist in treatment planning and simulation processes.
• Monitor patients' vitals and overall condition before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in charting systems such as Epic.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of radiation therapy equipment.
• Provide support and education to patients about their treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapy Technologist.
• ARRT (T) certification required.
• Experience with ARIA, TrueBeam systems, CT simulation, and imaging techniques.
• Ability to work with lift/transfer devices and handle patient positioning.
