Contract RN - Endoscopy

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, with call required 1-2 days per week. No weekends or call on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) for our Endoscopy unit. The RN will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing various endoscopic procedures. This position requires expertise in Endoscopy and offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various endoscopic procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, GI Bleeds, and ERCP.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in Endoscopy is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.
