Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will work night shifts and have at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. This role is crucial to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our healthcare team's overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
