Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week with a schedule of 4 - 9 hour shifts during the day, plus weekend call rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASU/PACU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have solid critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ASU/PACU setting.
• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs for urgent and emergency care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide post-operative care.
• Educate patients and families about post-operative care and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ASU/PACU or Critical Care unit.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
