Schedule

Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend shifts required (Every Other Weekend).

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on rehabilitation for various conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and stroke recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for rehabilitation patients.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as required.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• ACLS certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience is required.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred, including knowledge of GG scoring documentation.
