Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Surgical Unit. This fast-paced unit is focused on providing top-notch care to post-operative patients. The ideal candidate will excel in time management and teamwork while demonstrating a commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of post-operative surgical procedure sites.
• Wound care, including packing, dressing changes, and wound vac maintenance.
• Foley catheter care and management.
• Administration of TPN and blood products.
• Central line care and dressing changes.
• Conducting bedside shift reports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Background in post-operative surgical settings such as vascular, bariatric, urology, general surgery, or colorectal.
