Shift: 18:30 - 07:00; every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 13 weeks of experience with Epic and possess inpatient rehab or Med Surg experience. Our facility specializes in treating patients with acute rehabilitation needs stemming from conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery plans.
• Assist with patient safety and respond promptly to call lights.
• Administer medication and monitor vital statistics as necessary.
• Engage in assisting Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation.
