Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4x10 hour day shift from 06:45 AM to 05:15 PM, with required on-call shifts during the week (3 PM - 7 AM).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team. The OR RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room, assisting in surgical procedures, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for patients.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide effective patient care.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment and technologies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and standard practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an OR RN.
• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license (must be in hand prior to start).
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Prior experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and general surgical procedures is preferred.
