Schedule

Nights, working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care RN to join the float pool. The RN will work across pediatric units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, ensuring high-quality care in critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for pediatric patients in critical conditions.
• Float between pediatric units as necessary to meet patient care needs.
• Participate in assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• Certifications: BLS and PALS (American Heart Association).
• Experience with ECMO and CRRT preferred.
