Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse specializing in inpatient rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care and specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established rehabilitation protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

Schedule

Night shift: 18:45 - 07:15. Weekend hours are required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
