Job Description

The Occupational Therapy Assistant will work in a dynamic acute care environment, collaborating with a large therapy team to deliver high-quality care. The role requires autonomy in care planning and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing Occupational Therapy treatments to patients.
• Work in a team-oriented environment with diverse patient diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation and patient records in EMR (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months acute care hospital OT experience.
• Active Kansas licensure.
• BLS certification preferred.
