Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for the Emergency Department (ED) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working alongside a diverse healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and documenting patient care.
• Implementing nursing care plans for emergency patients.
• Performing IV starts, medication administration, and sedations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitoring patient vitals and responding to critical situations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current ED RN experience.
• Active Kansas RN licensure.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHCPI Blue Card.
• Experience with Meditech and large ER settings preferred.
