Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant for a challenging yet rewarding role. The position involves a varied caseload, including outpatient therapy, acute care, skilled nursing therapy, and home health services.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions as directed by the physical therapist.
• Support patients with rehabilitation goals in various settings.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A minimum of two years' experience in an acute and long-term care setting is preferred.
