Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN for our Neuro Med Surg unit. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro Med Surg unit.
• Perform assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct and interpret EKGs and EEGs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BSN with current state license.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• Significant experience in the specialty, particularly with stroke patients, is preferred.
• 3 years of management experience preferred.
