Job Description

Join our dynamic Operating Room team as a Surgical Technician! The ideal candidate will demonstrate a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular specialties. This role entails working in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to surgical teams, and ensuring optimal patient care during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
• Set up surgical instruments and equipment needed for each procedure.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation pertinent to surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Surgical Technician or equivalent experience.
• Experience in service lines to include general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
• Broad surgical knowledge with advanced skills in various surgical specialties.
