Schedule

Shifts are scheduled for 12 hours, either from 1500 to 2330 or 2300 to 0730. The schedule typically consists of three consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by one day off, then another three consecutive 12-hour shifts, with six days off.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures on patients, including chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, c-spine, and PE studies. The ideal candidate will operate Philips CT scanners and perform venipuncture as per New York State Department of Health certification requirements. The position may include working with a varied patient population ranging from infants to the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Administer injections and contrast materials when necessary.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and patient confidentiality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT certification in CT is required.
• NYS DOH certification for venipuncture is mandatory.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
• Current New York State license or proof of application is required.
