7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour nights with a 36-hour guarantee.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients, engage in patient and family teaching, and work collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team members to maintain the standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting. The role includes floating to different units as needed and managing a diverse patient population, primarily adults and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Engage in patient and family education regarding health and well-being.
• Maintain professional nursing practices and standards within the clinical setting.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and participate in patient care planning.
• Float to the Thompson Unit and Kingsbury as needed, handling custodial patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg experience.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficient in Epic EMR system.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
