Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) who will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborns. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a Level III NICU and be comfortable attending deliveries, including C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patient health, administer medications, and document care in Meditech and CPNS.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Attend deliveries as required, ensuring a smooth transition of care for neonates.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in a NICU setting.
• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS Certification.
• NRP Certification.
