Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the NICU will provide care for critically ill neonates, ensuring the highest level of clinical outcomes. The nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for infants including those with complex medical needs.
• Manage ventilators and various respiratory support technologies.
• Perform central line insertions and other advanced procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Level III NICU experience.
• Experience with preemies (at least 28 weeks gestational age).
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Experience with management of central lines and respiratory management including intubated patients.
