Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This role involves performing radionuclide procedures on patients and conducting exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and preparing patients for nuclear imaging testing, while ensuring accurate documentation within our computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform radionuclide procedures on patients
• Conduct exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests
• Receive and prepare patients for nuclear imaging testing
• Complete necessary documentation within the computer system

Schedule

This position offers 8-hour shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 paid hours per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a New York State license
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) registry
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB
