Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IV skills, excellent communication, and ideally, experience in trauma care. You will work in a unit with 22 beds, catering to a variety of emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as cardioversion, central line placements, and pacemaker interrogation.
• Manage cardiac arrest situations and implement code protocols (stroke, sepsis).
• Insert IVs, conduct EKGs, and assist with suturing and abscess setups.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications.
• Strong IV skills in both adult and pediatric patients.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
