CVOR Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with on-call requirements to be discussed during the interview.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR RN with a minimum of 2 years recent experience, specifically in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience scrubbing open heart and vascular procedures, including wired vascular cases. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in open heart and vascular surgeries.
• Manage and coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent CVOR experience.
• AHA BLS certification must be current and in hand at the time of submission.
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license required by submission time.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
