Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the SICU. This role requires recent experience in a Level I or II Trauma facility. The nurse will provide critical care to patients during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU).
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in the SICU.
• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
