Cardiac PCU Nurse (RN)

Job Description

This is a contract position for a Cardiac PCU Nurse (RN) with a primary focus on providing patient care in a progressive care unit. The nurse will be required to float to different facilities within the network as needed, particularly to Baywood or Heart. This position demands a dedicated professional with thorough experience in cardiac patient care.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Candidates should be aware that the facility has the option to cancel one shift.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience is required
• Current life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• No hits on the state license to practice
• Active RN license with verification completed within the last 30 days
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from approved vendors
• Candidate driver's license required for residency verification
• Travel experience is highly preferred
