Cardiac PCU RN

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role requires the flexibility to float to Baywood or Heart facilities as needed and may involve call responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment focused on cardiac patient care.

Schedule

The scheduled shift will be from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience (within the last 12 months) is required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Active RN license must be verified within the last 30 days.
• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors must be provided.
• Valid driver's license is needed to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
