NICU RN - Night Shift

Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses to join a dynamic Float Pool. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum of NICU experience, a strong understanding of float requirements, and the ability to provide care to newborns and infants across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to NICU patients.
• Float between Peds and PICU as needed; assigned primarily to newborns and infants.
• Maintain appropriate patient ratios of 1:2.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Washington State RN license.
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Experience in handling patient ratios of 1:2.
• References covering at least 1 year of employment in NICU within the last 3 years, including at least one supervisor reference.
• Preferred experience with EPIC Charting.
